question for you.. I recently upgraded the firmware from 11.07 to 11.08.290 and users are complaining that the screen does dark after walking away for 2 min. Please advise
We found that issue with some customers and is solved disabling:
Sessions > Citrix > Citrx Global > Codec > ‘Accelerated H.264 Deep Compression Codec’
and enabling:
Setup > System > Registry > ica.hw-accelerated-h264-vdpau-codec
One customer solved it updating to 11.08.334 and VDA to 2203 Q2.
