We can’t shadow IGEL OS over ICG


We keep having problems reaching our home office users with shadow, most error message is just “connection closed by VNC Server”. Are there any logs to check? We have 2 UMS Server, most time one work the other dont.. so i whould see the faul not at the clients. thank you.

Hello Heiko,

assuming you are using ICG? Which IGEL OS / UMS / ICG Versions are you using?

/opt/IGEL/icg/usg/logs/ may help

Btw. always good to check if time/date are set correctly locally and on ICG server.

Igel 11.6.210 +11.8.110

UMS 6.10.130 ICG 2.05.100

wich is the source for the shadow connection? ums?

The Console => ICG Server (not UMS)) => Endpoint
