We updated our UMS from version 6 to UMS 12 and we registered our UMS in IGEL Cosmos successfully.
What can be the reason why we do not have the App portal in UMS Web App available?
Q: How to see the App Portal from Web App? I upgraded from UMS6 to UMS12 and cannot see the App Portal.
A: Open `UMS Console` and add `General – WebApp > App Management > Allow` permission to account(s). Steps:
• Start `UMS Console`
• Select `System` > `Administrator accounts`
• Select Administrator account
• `General – WebApp` select `Allow`

ok endpoints with OS12 need new profiles created in the UMS Web App, correct? Or can we also use existing profiles from the UMS console?
You have to create new profiles in UMS Web App. Existing ones cannot be used.
