when we perform a test the “LDAP(s) connection Test ” fails, but the “Kerberos connection Test” passes


We just changed the account we used for “AD/LDAP Service” and when we perform a test the “LDAP(s) connection Test ” fails, but the “Kerberos connection Test” passes. The only thing we changed is the password. What are we missing? We confirmed that the password was updated in AD too. (edited)

Thanks for all of the information. We determined that we had to switch to using an LDAP connection because our environment requirements had changed. Once we checked the LDAP box and added the correct cert it resolved our issue.
