When we shutdown the Igel , the Clients are automatically reboot . How can i set , when the client shutdown , the they dont ́reboot
Are you certain you are actually shutting down the devices? If you send the Igel into standby (sleep) there might be some event that wakes them up again untintentionally, which looks like a reboot.
Which option do you use for shutdown? (Power button, shutdown icon on IGEL desktop, from UMS, scheduled shutdown from UMS, etc.).
Verify device motherboard bios to confirm that has no option related to shutdown. Common solution is load defaults or update its bios/BMC.
