Hello, on IGEL OS 11 linux where can i find the cache location where the rdp-clientlicense is stored? We have issues with some devices and want to remove the cache Like you can in windows. Like: learn.microsoft.com/de-de/troubleshoot/windows-server/remote/remove-terminal-server-licenses-from-rdp
Hello Jeffrey,
should be this:
Thank you for the quick answer!
I checked “Reset License” on the specific client and rebooted it but it does not seem to work.
If i run the local setup on the thinclient the “Reset License” is unchecked, if i edit properties from tc in ums then it is checked, strange.
Can i manually remove this cache file?
In a CLI, in /wfs/user/tslicense would be my best bet!
Thanks alot!
It sounds like there may be a profile to IGEL version mismatch. I would make sure the version of the profile matches your IGEL devices. Also, try setting it via the IGEL registry key, just to make sure there isn’t an issue in the “friendly” UI.
“`rdp.winconnect.reset_license“`
