Hi Everyone. I am trying to get a warranty service for UD3 M350C. I bought this unit for the business that I no longer operate. It is a brand new unit that was sitting in a box for a while – it wouldn’t even turn on. I am unable to register for an account on IGEL web site due to restrictions there. I tried to contact several of IGEL partners, but no one works with individuals directly or does warranty repairs for IGEL. Does it mean that the warranty that I have is useless? Thanks.
End customer hardware warranty and repair requests can be made as an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) request at support.igel.com/csm.
My registration was rejected there, because I couldn’t provide a valid business address. Not sure what is the issue, because my business was always registered to my home address
