Having an issue some Microsoft Surface Go 3s that I have running IGELOS 11. They work great except for one annoying issue. When the user shuts down the tablet it does not really shut it down. It seems to go into a standby mode where the screen is still slightly light up. Ive disabled all standby settings and moved them over to shutdown only. Any suggestions?
@member did you already configure the default shutdown options? You could test a bit to deactivate the suspend mode or also configure the default action to shutdown for example.
