Any templates and or recommendations for setting up permissions in IGEL UMS for groups like Service Desk?


Are there any templates and or recommendations for setting up permissions in UMS for groups like Service Desk? I am having a difficult time figuring out what each permission does unless I go one at a time and test. Does anyone have a list of permissions to start with?
