Hi, I’ve recently had problems with ICG Config via ums. get the following error message: “None of the selected devices support this feature.” Does anyone know where the problem could be?
Hi, sorry forgot it 🙂 UMS – 6.10.140 / OS – 11.08.110.01 / ICG – 2.05.110
Is “EMP” license deployed and active on the selected endpoint? And perhaps double check the FW version on that selected unit?
