11.08.275.01

firmware version

IGEL OS 11

do you need any other information ?

I would make sure that NTP time is running on all machines (IGEL OS, UMS, ICG)

If the device was in IGEL UMS / ILP, and you have reimaged, rest IGEL OS device…

Then remove from UMS and recycle bin.

I did remove it from UMS and recycle bin.

Still i am not able to register

Thin client was registered with a different name on UMS. I had to rename and change the ip. So i deleted it from the UMS. Did a factory reset on thin client. trying to re register. I am not able to re-register

And removed from recycle bin in UMS

yes. removed from recycle bin

@member any suggestions?

Can you try to fully reset device and re-try?

igel-community.github.io/IGEL-Docs-v02/Docs/HOWTO-Remove-IGEL-Device-License/?h=#os-11

“`mount -o remount,rw /license && rm -rf /license/dsa/licenses/*.lic && reset_to_defaults && reboot“`

Make sure in setup you get NTP and point to NTP server (such as `pool/ntp/org`)

Ok
