I set up a new RDS Farm 2016 with two connection brokers in HA mode and two session hosts. Now I have some problems with connecting the Igel LX clients. Can anyone help me with the configuration?
Which kind of issues are you facing?
One of the most common issues is the missing routing token: Easiest way to get it, start RDP Session on a Windows Client, authentificate, logout, edit the RDP File, and copy the token to Options in your profile or kb.igel.com/igelos-11.01.100/en/rdp-load-balancing-routing-token-10327689.html
I get an error “server unreachable”, although the hostname of the farm is resolvable via the igel client.

From a first sight it looks good, but just to avoid a few other issues, please create a new profile:
Create a new session under Sessions=>RDP=>RDP Sessions pointing to one of your terminalservers (not the Broker) directly, by using the FQDN
Remove every other RDP Profile from the the endpoint
Does the session start then and can you authentificate yourself?
Yeah, that worked.
It might be helpful to know that a kemp appliance does the load balancing of the connection broker.
I assume that it works fine from a windows client?
As mentioned it looks like its your Kemp appliance, I’m more familiar with NetScaler but is it showing your Broker on the Kemp as UP?
