Hi Vojin, are you using OS11? If yes, the SWP is included in the EMP (Enterprise Management Pack) Subscription. You could request a test licence by going to igel.com igel.com.

Using OS11, Licensed for EMP, when enable Workplace for device I get message “Shared Workplace Logon not possible due to license issue”
Can you share a screenshot of the license informations of that device?

yes it is
Could you try to reset the device to factory defaults and retry? Even if it doesn’t play a role in that case, could you check if NTP Time fits on UMS and endpoint?
