We have a customer testing an IGEL UD7 with a 65″ multi-touchscreen connecting via RDP to a VM.
Locally multitouch works fine, but fails within RDP session. He calibrates it with ELO Multitouch driver and can maintain pressed to do Right button (Local and RDP), but fails multitouch function (i.e. Zoom).
Tested with 11.07.170 and 11.08.360
Multitouch model: 65BDL3652T Phillips
RDP OS: Windows server 2019
RDP App: Tested with some Windows applications, including SCADA from WinCC.
How we can solve this issue without configuration file or logs (He is testing it locally and has no UMS installed yet).

Is scheduled to support it in a near future?
We have a big project where customer needs to use 3 monitors, 4K and Multitouch connecting via RDP. 😱
If not, can be done with other protocols (Citrix, Horizon, etc.)?
I will ask, but this is a pretty tough one. If it comes I don’t believe it will be RDP…. No, others aren’t supported either. But this is more a general Linux topic IMHO.
yes, i can confirm it, CITRIX support at the moment also no Multitouch.
